The greatest single factor impacting a student’s ability to learn is the quality of the teacher in the classroom.  Having highly qualified, effective teachers in our nation’s classrooms matters. This includes those classrooms and learning environments that are blended or all online.  Evaluating teachers and teaching in the face-to-face classroom is an imperfect proposition at best, and adding into the mix online teaching and learning environments makes it all more difficult. This course explores the specific connections between the teacher evaluation rubric and online learning using Google Classroom.
