Principals have a unique role to empower others to see what’s possible by developing a clear strategy to achieve it. In this course, participants will reflect on how they can solve a problem or create an opportunity as they develop a plan on setting up staff Teams in their school. Modules will consist of videos to view, tasks to accomplish, and reflections to share. Participants will leave the course with an understanding of Teams, exposure to various use cases, and a clear strategy to set up and sustain a Staff Team at their school. 

Microsoft Teams is a powerful solutions that schools are leveraging to varying degrees. From school meetings to remote class teaching, Teams has enabled our schools to rethink and streamline many of the processes we have in place. Transformation is complex and difficult. Principals have a unique role to empower others to see what’s possible by developing a clear strategy to achieve it. In this course, participants will reflect on how they can solve a problem or create an opportunity as they develop a plan on setting up staff Teams in their school. Module 2: Empowering a Connected Experience

It's important to understand Teams and what it can do so you can figure our your "why".

Module 3: Supporting Staff Through Teams

Create spaces and experiences that encourages collaboration and communication.

Module 4: Streamlining for School Success

Finally, we want to develop a sustainable vision for using Teams by considering how we will lead as well as be part of the change.
